We Made It!

After way too many days of traveling, Mama and Gram made it to the babyhouse at 2:30 on Saturday. Ally's face brightened up when she saw us and she has been smiling ever since. We're having a great time and have lots of stories to share of course.

Right now there are a lot of couples here in Kokshetau so we are at a barbecue at one of the cottages. And I'm tapping into their wireless, while Ally is enjoying her first party. She's chowing down on some watermelon right now.

We leave tomorrow for Almaty where we have an appointment at the Medical Clinic on Monday and then the US Embassy on Wednesday. And then home on Thursday! Yeah!

So glad that you arrived safely and that little Ally was so happy to see you. Hope all continues to go well on your "pick up" trip. Love to all three of you. See you soon.

Wow! You both look great. Ally seems just as adaptable and resilient as her big brother. Hope Gram is enjoying herself and not imbibing in too much cognac.

Love you all.

Glad to hear that your trip was successful! It's great to see Ally's smile. You and Judy don't look as though the travel bothered you at all...hang in there...you're almost home! Safe return trip.

We've been addictively following your travels (both trips) and are so glad that Ally is almost home with all of you in Metuchen! Congrats from us - your daughter is as cute as can be and will be fitting right in with your wonderful family. Our best to all of you - hope to meet her after you've all settled in. Have a safe trip.
Love,
